Sundays for primary ages

During our Sunday morning gathering, primary-aged children (Reception to Year 6) are invited to join Kids Church shortly after the service begins. After an all-age welcome, children head to the back hall for a session designed just for them, helping them grow in faith in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.

What happens at Kids Church

Children enjoy a mixture of songs, games, Bible stories, crafts, and time with friends. Each session is built to help them explore who God is, understand the Bible in practical ways, and feel part of a supportive, caring community. Parents drop children off at the back hall a few minutes into the service, allowing all ages to begin together in worship.

Midweek fun at Kids Club

Kids Club runs every Wednesday (term time) at the Elsea Park Community Centre from 3:45 – 4:45pm for children in Reception to Year 2. Sessions include games, crafts, singing, a Bible story, and a snack. Families are welcome to stay in the Centre, enjoy a cuppa, and meet others while their children take part. We ask for a small £2 donation per session to help with costs.

Who Let the Dad’s Out

This popular group gives dads and male carers a relaxed space to enjoy time with their children (babies to primary age). Meeting once a month in the back hall – with the occasional outdoor walk -children can enjoy toys and activities while adults connect with others. Bacon butties are often available, with donations welcome.
