How do I know if what I'm feeling matters?
If it feels hard for you, it matters. You don’t need a reason or label to ask for help.
Why do I feel like this for no clear reason?
Low mood can happen even when life looks “fine” on the outside. That’s normal and valid.
What if I don't want to talk much?
That’s okay. You can take things slowly or just let someone know you’re struggling.
Does feeling low mean my faith is weak?
No. Feeling low doesn’t mean you’ve failed God or yourself.
