Low Mood and Mental Health

MINISTRY

Youth Wellbeing

Sometimes life feels flat, tiring, or just too much. You might not always know why – and that’s okay.

Common Questions

How do I know if what I'm feeling matters?

If it feels hard for you, it matters. You don’t need a reason or label to ask for help.

Low mood can happen even when life looks “fine” on the outside. That’s normal and valid.

That’s okay. You can take things slowly or just let someone know you’re struggling.

No. Feeling low doesn’t mean you’ve failed God or yourself.
