Youth Wellbeing
School, exams, friendships, expectations, and social media can all pile up. Feeling anxious or stressed doesn’t mean you’re weak – it means you’re human.
Common Questions
What does anxiety feel like?
Anxiety can feel like worry you can’t switch off, a tight chest, racing thoughts, or feeling panicky or restless. Everyone experiences it differently.
Why do I feel stressed all the time?
Pressure can build up slowly. Even small things can add together and feel overwhelming without you realising it.
Is it okay to talk to someone about this?
Yes. Talking things through can really help, even if you’re not sure what to say yet.
Can I be anxious and still have faith?
Yes. Lots of people who believe in God still feel anxious. Faith doesn’t remove stress, but it can help you feel supported through it.
